I had not even begun my search yet for a broker when I met Rebecca. She was so sweet and in tune that I didn't end up searching for anyone else and used her. I don't have enough nice things to say about Rebecca. She was extremely polite from the moment I met her at an open house. She got my information and called me the very next day. We had an at-length conversation on the phone about exactly what I was looking for in a home. She listened to a very long list and immediately went to work. She communicated extensively and at all times of the day. I actually can't recall a time where I couldn't get a hold of Rebecca. She was very approachable and even to my young 2 boys. I trusted her entirely with my process as I felt like she invested in me and my family. She was very patient with me even when I would write off a house for 1 small thing being wrong. She was always optimistic and searching for the perfect place for me. You all are very lucky to have Rebecca!

We feel like Linda took extra time with our situation, helped us through some difficult parts, and took the time to consider what was best for us. She did her research, and we never felt rushed or that she didn't want to take the time to answer our questions. Very happy!

Rebecca Geracie pays attention to the details. She also has excellent communication skills: Listening carefully, gaining an understanding of needs, then communicating with the seller in a clear positive way. Rebecca walks through the neighborhoods, talking to people in their yards, construction workers, constantly trying to gain area knowledge, and also making contacts. She moves quickly to get appointments. The only reason we were able to secure the house we bought is that Rebecca decided to take a walk up the street and called a builder, found out that he had recently completed a house remodel and was planning to go on the market in a week. I have gotten to know Rebecca well enough to say that she gives way above and beyond effort and results and that she is trustworthy. I will use her services again without a doubt because I am a raving fan!

Rebecca made the entire process as painless as possible. I had very specific needs and she worked hard to fill them and understand them. Was very responsive and if she didn't know something she found out. I was very emotional during the process for various reasons and she never lost her patience with me. She was a therapist and agent! It took a lot of properties and time to find the right one but she did it. I was not an easy client. I would recommend it since she will never rest till she finds your perfect place!
